Props and Set Transport
No job is too small. We specialise in moving film sets, theatre show sets, props and costumes around the UK in specialised vehicles with 30 or 45ft trailers, 3.5 or 7.5 Luton vans with tail lifts, 18-ton trucks, curtain siders and box trucks, driven by experienced and friendly drivers. We offer safe transportation directly from the studio or site to our stores, including loading and unloading.
We quote for pick-up and drop-off which includes fuel usage and any Congestion or ULEZ charges. We can arrange vehicles for drop-off and pick-up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the UK and Europe.
Set storage
We store your set, props and costumes carefully and safely in a dry secure alarmed facility with 24-hour digital CCTV which monitors all access points. We have five storage sites located around the M25 with over 150,000 sq. ft. Our sites are situated between Essex and Hertfordshire in very accessible locations for studios and theatres.
The security of your sets, once in storage, is our priority. Your items are stored safely and securely, and we take a detailed inventory during the unloading process.
Our staff are trained to handle items safely and carefully, both manually and using lifting and storage equipment. We are experienced in large productions and small props and everything in between, and we understand the importance and value of your sets, props and costumes.
We appreciate quick turnarounds in the entertainment industry, and we get your sets and props back into the studio or theatre to deadline – however tight!
Should you need to access your set to retrieve or check items, you are welcome to come to the site at a scheduled time.

We are fully committed to recycling your unwanted sets or props sustainably and responsibly. If your set is no longer required, we will carefully dismantle and separate it into components to ensure that every piece is recycled, from metal to wood and plastic. Once we’ve separated the materials, we send them to our nearest recycle centres for processing. Clothing or costumes that can be reused will be distributed to appropriate charities, with your permission.
