Setaway was born in 2022 when Ian Foster and John Harris decided to combine over 35 years of experience in set transportation and storage, with the aim of providing an exceptional service to production companies and theatres across the UK.

We are a family-run business, and we understand the importance of building trust. It has led us to work with a wide range of clients, from major players in the industry, right down to small productions. We value our clients like no other!

Our storage sites are conveniently located around the M25 for easy access, and our tailored service means we can move any size props or set for your production.

Transport

We specialise in UK-wide transport of film and theatre sets, props, and costumes using specialised vehicles, from studios to storage, with expert drivers ensuring safe loading and unloading.

Set storage

We store your set, props and costumes carefully and safely in a dry secure facility, with a full inventory taken on unload. We have five storage sites located around the M25 with over 150,000 sq ft.

Recycle

We recycle unwanted sets or props sustainably and responsibly. When your set is no longer required, we dismantle and separate it into components to ensure that every piece is recycled, from metal to wood and plastic.
